Get their bagels; the Texas Burger is especially good. Matcha latte is creamy, and iced latte is decent. Non-bagel main dishes are hit or miss. Skip the pizza but consider trying the Crozza (Note: I haven't had it yet).

I was back in Malaysia for a short weekend trip and was craving bagels, so my sister took me to Christine's Bakery in Pavilion Bukit Jalil. Side note: Dress warmly when visiting this shopping mall; bring a jacket if you're wearing sleeveless and/or shorts because it's so cold!

Texas Burger Bagel - RM36.80
I couldn't decide between this and Wagyu Steak Out, both marked as bestsellers. I chose this and it didn't disappoint! It includes "honest burger patty (85% USA angus corn-fed beef + 15% Japanese wagyu fat), tempura onion ring, cheddar cheese, smoky BBQ aioli." We got the original hand-rolled bagel, crispy outside and chewy inside—a savory delight.
Grilled Chicken Chop - RM29.00
Classic grilled chicken chop with roasted potato chunks and coleslaw as sides. I didn't eat this, but my sister's bf said it was pretty good, but noting that the roasted potatoes were a bit undercooked.
Hawaii Sensation Pizza - RM33.00
Sadly, this was a disappointing dish. Despite looking crispy, the crust wasn't crispy at all. The central section was incredibly thin and drenched in oil, resulting in it being stuck stubbornly to the plate. It was hard to even take a slice out of the pizza. It also had a strange, somewhat sour taste, leaving us very dissatisfied.
Cafe Latte (Cold) - RM14.00
Matcha Latte (Hot) - RM13.00
Both drinks were decent! I had the matcha latte, creamy and tasty.
In conclusion, when in doubt, stick to bagels at Christine's Bakery. They also have "Crozza" (pizza with croissant as the base dough), which seems popular. I hope to return to try other bagels on their menu — maybe the Crozza too!
