I visited Vietnam recently and bought these beautiful Marou Single-Origin Dark Chocolates as souvenirs. (Side note: They are much cheaper in Vietnam, about $5 per chocolate bar even in Hanoi airport. The local Singaporean market price I stated above is $13.98 per chocolate bar!). They are dark chocolate bars with varying cocoa content originating from different Vietnam provinces.

Each bar tells a different story for each province, for example, as stated on their website, "Droughts tend to draw sharper, citrus notes, while heavy rains invite fruit and spice flavors to blossom."

Marou Ba Ria 76% Single Origin Dark Chocolate Bar

The Marou Single-Origin Dark Chocolate bars offer six different variations so far - Ben Tre (78% cocoa), Tien Giang (70% cocoa), Dong Nai (72% cocoa), Lam Dong (74% cocoa), Ba Ria (76% cocoa) and Dak Lak (70% cocoa). I decided to try the Marou Ba Ria 76% Single Origin Dark Chocolate as toppings for my yoghurt bowl.

Ultimate Yoghurt by Danone Double Cream (Luscious Blueberry Flavoured)

Speaking of yoghurt, I decided to try this fancy-looking Ultimate Yoghurt by Danone Double Cream (Luscious Blueberry flavoured) from Fairprice. To be honest, I'm not a big fan of yoghurt; I can't handle the tartness sometimes. However, I eat it as it contains plenty of health benefits such as increasing our calcium and protein intakes, benefiting our digestive systems, and strengthening our immune systems. However - I suppose it is as expected from what they advertised, "Double Cream" - Ultimate Yoghurt by Danone is creamy, thick, and sweet.

It is an Australian product and as stated in their description, "is an art form that Danone's Master Yoghurt Makers have been perfecting since 1919". Whether you are a yoghurt lover or not, you have to give it a try!

Yogurt bowl is one of my favourite snacks if I am feeling hungry in the evening and would like to consume more fruits. I would usually slice some bananas and strawberries to mix in my yogurt (banana to balance out the tartness with its sweetness), top with some dark chocolates or cacao nibs as a pleasant delight amongst the tartness. Have I mentioned that I really dislike the tartness? Haha.
